usually, once you place your order all sales are final. So unfortunately we do not do refunds. An exception will be considered if we send out the wrong product or any other issues with the product itself we will consider helping fix the problem. Please understand that once the order has been packaged and ready it is out of our hands and no longer our problem. If your package gets lost, stolen goes missing, and or Damaged you will have to take that up with USPS and talk to your local post office, Thank you so much !!
